Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Rudi Pache has joined Esbjerg fB on loan until 31 December 2021.
The 19-year-old will link-up with fellow Reds Jordan Helliwell, Patrick Schmidt, Steve Simpson, Charlie Winfield and Matty Wolfe in Denmark after the quintet flew out to Scandinavia last month.
Pache, who has enjoyed a strong pre-season with our senior set-up, featured 20 times for our U23s last term and has shown excellent development as he progressed through the ranks at Oakwell.
The centre-back has also played in three friendlies ahead of our 21/22 Sky Bet Championship campaign and will now head to the NordicBet League to gain valuable first team experience.
