Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Herbie Kane has joined Oxford United on loan until the end of the season.
The midfielder has made just one appearance for the Reds this term as a 60th minute substitute in our Carabao Cup clash with Bolton Wanderers.
Since arriving from Liverpool in October 2020, Kane has featured 28 times, eight of which have been starts.
He will now link up with Karl Robinson at the Kassam Stadium, with the U’s currently sitting third in Sky Bet League One after making an impressive start to the campaign.
