Barnsley started the 2020/21 campaign with a win against Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup at Oakwell on Saturday.
A second half goal from Cauley Woodrow was enough to progress Gerhard Struber’s side through to round two of the competition.
The next round will be drawn on Sunday 6 September following Brentford’s tie against Wycombe Wanderers, which is scheduled to kick-off at midday.
