#AlrightPal

9 September 2020

Ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day, Barnsley FC have once again partnered with Barnsley Council and their #AlrightPal campaign.

The campaign encourages everyone to feel more comfortable with speaking openly about their mental health, in turn, helping people to be more honest and understanding. It focuses on breaking the taboo around talking about mental health and helping to connect people, so they know that they aren't alone with the issues they may face.

To help spread the important message, we're giving supporters an opportunity to win Michal Helik's signed shirt. All you have to do is follow the competition instructions below:

How to enter:

Welcome our new man, @MichalHelik on twitter.

Use the hashtag #AlrightPal in your message and tag @BarnsleyFC.

If you would like to talk to Rotherham and Barnsley Mind about the help and support that they can offer to you or a loved one, or would like advice about any of the services they offer, please click here.

We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone.
