Barnsley FC will face Tranmere Rovers in the FA Cup third round.
The Reds are set to welcome Keith Hill's Tranmere side to Oakwell in the new year.
This tie will be the first time the two sides have met in competitive action since 18 February 2006, where a first half Paul Heckingbottom goal proved the difference in a League One clash.
All FA Cup third round fixtures will take place across the weekend of Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 January 2021.
