Barnsley Football Club is holding a virtual bucket collection in aid of Support Dogs.
A physical collection was scheduled to take place at Oakwell on 21 March ahead of our original Sky Bet Championship fixture against this evening’s opponents Blackburn Rovers.
But, following the suspension of football and current resumption behind closed doors, we have teamed up with the charity so that supporters, who would have ordinarily been at the stadium, are able to donate what they can online.
Support Dogs is a South Yorkshire based charity dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children and adults affected by autism, epilepsy and disability. They train specialist assistance dogs to achieve this.
You can simply donate £3 by texting SUPDOGS 3 to 70085.
Alternatively, you can visit www.supportdogs.org.uk/donate to contribute an amount of your choice to this incredible cause.
