Are you expecting an email?
On Wednesday 17 June, 6,500+ iFollow codes were dispatched to 19/20 Reds Reserved and Reds Reserved+ members via email.
Thousands of codes have already been redeemed!
Now, if you have supplied an email address and haven’t received a code, please check the following:
1. Is the email inbox you’re checking the same one that you signed up to eticketing.co.uk/barnsleyfc with? Having dealt with a number of queries, we are finding that friends/family members may have received these codes on your behalf.
2. We started processing emails/codes on Tuesday 16 June. If you updated your email details after that, you will receive a letter with your code shortly.
3. If your email address was suppressed, bounced or invalid, a replacement letter (with code attached) has been sent.
Please note, if someone is in your ‘online network’ (eticketing.co.uk/barnsleyfc), it does not mean that you will receive their specific code. Again, we must stress, if you have not yet received an email, iFollow codes are being dispatched through first class post. All codes should be received by Friday 19 June.
So, you have received your code, but now you can’t log in to iFollow.
Unfortunately, eticketing (TicketMaster) and iFollow (EFL) are not connected. If you don’t have an existing iFollow account, you MUST register for an iFollow account, you can do this here.
Are you still stuck?
You have a code. You have an iFollow account (and you’re logged in). You’re set.
Remember, the code is device specific. If you input the code on your tablet, you must watch all of our remaining Sky Bet Championship fixtures on that tablet. You will be unable to transfer onto a laptop or mobile phone.
How do you know it works?
We have created a ‘test’. Please click the link here.
The page you are on is our last game before lockdown against Cardiff City.
Underneath the score line, you should see a black/dark grey banner, with the words ‘Watch now’ next to a red and white camera icon. Click that link.
If you are able to re-watch the full 90 minutes, your code and account is fully functional.
You will not be able to view everything behind the paywall though. You've been granted access to Barnsley FC games not a full, free iFollow subscription.
iFollow still doesn’t work…

If the issue is with your code, make sure you're typing it in exactly as it was provided to you - no spaces.
From here, Barnsley FC staff are unable to access any account, email or password issues. Please contact the EFL.
