All the relevant guidance regarding the planned streaming of our remaining fixtures of the 2019/20 campaign.

With the resumption of the Sky Bet Championship season fast approaching, we are now in a position to explain how 2019/20 seasonal members can stream our remaining fixtures.

We appreciate that supporters have had numerous questions regards this process following our communication last Friday, however, we can today announce that all seasonal members (Reds Reserved and Reds Reserved+) will be granted access to stream all nine remaining Reds fixtures.

iFollow Streaming FAQ

As a Seasonal Member, you will be given access to all (home and away) of our remaining Sky Bet Championship fixtures, regardless of broadcaster decisions. This means that even if Barnsley FC are featured live on Sky Sports, iFollow will still be available for seasonal members.
A unique code will be sent to you via email over the coming days.

In short, yes you can!
Non-members will be able to purchase single match passes for £10 per fixture.
Unfortunately, fixtures featured live by broadcasters (Sky Sports for example) will not be available in this instance. We will endeavour to communicate iFollow availability for each fixture.

Supporters can watch our games on barnsleyfc.co.uk by clicking here, or download our EFL application, available on the App store (Apple) and Google Play (Android).
We advise that you familiarise yourself with this process before Saturday 20 June.

Yes you do! Sign up here.
If you’re not familiar with the service already, we suggest using the same email address and password as per your ticketing account!

Access Codes (for seasonal members) will be sent via email on Wednesday – so please update your eticketing account accordingly, it only takes a matter of minutes to check - HERE [log in; my account; update details].
Note, your individual code will only work on the device it is redeemed on.
If you don’t provide a valid email address, there may well be a delay in receiving your code (post/phone).
We are looking at creating a service whereby supporters can collect their unique code from the Box Office in person. We will communicate if/when this service becomes available.

We advise that you log in and access the stream as soon as possible.

If you incur any problems, the service providers will be on hand to help.

We’ll do everything we can to make the process easy and accessible to all.

Along with this FAQ section, we are in the process of creating a step-by-step guide.

Each applicable individual will be allocated a code.

We appreciate that the solution isn’t perfect, however, the streaming isn’t detracting from our previous offers. We are offering this additional service in an attempt to provide as much value for money as possible, during this difficult, uncertain time.

It is worth noting that each code can only be redeemed on one device. This means, you will only be able to use one code, on one device.
If other members of the same household wish to watch on a different device, they must redeem a different code.

Supporters with a current seasonal pass from a country where the streaming of all matches is permitted will continue to use that subscription.

We would be more than happy to offer you a credit for a future fixture.
However, providing we have your relevant details, we will attempt to offer you an individual code for your chosen game.

Unless you are in any of the categories above, no, unfortunately you will not receive a pass. We are working with those individuals to secure alternative solutions.
