The Box Office and Reds Superstore are to partially re-open from Wednesday 17 June.
Following government advice, a number of amendments and procedures have been implemented to ensure staff and supporter safety.
Box Office
The Box Office will be open for supporters on weekdays, from 10am until 4pm.
However, please note that 10am until 11am will be dedicated specifically to those in the ‘vulnerable’ category who are unable to access www.eticketing.co.uk/barnsleyfc.
Our vulnerable group members using this system are asked to limit the number of people within the vehicle and only travel to Oakwell if necessary.
Those within the vulnerable group category should continue to follow UK Government guidance.

Reds Superstore
Different opening hours apply, as the Reds Superstore will open for supporters from 11am until 4pm on weekdays only.
Note that a one-way system will be in operation throughout the store, with limited numbers of supporters permitted access at one time. Also note that browsing time will be controlled.
We advise that visits instore are only made if absolutely necessary, as our online store remains the best method to take advantage of huge savings on all Puma MatchWear and TrainingWear.
Please note that the Reds Superstore has to close between 12.30pm and 1pm each day for cleaning.
Both the Box Office and Reds Superstore will be closed on weekends.
What To Do At Oakwell
Those travelling to Oakwell will:
- Be directed by stewards onsite.
- Respect social distancing and consider wearing a face covering.
- Leave the premises once the transaction is completed
This provision will be regularly reviewed on a weekly basis.
