Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Hull City have triggered an option to purchase Mallik Wilks.
The forward has been on loan at the Tigers since 17 January, making 12 appearances for Grant McCann’s side.
Prior to his move to Humberside, the 21-year-old featured 16 times for the Reds after making the switch from Leeds United in the summer, scoring one goal.
