Following the conclusion of the 2019/20 season, Barnsley FC can confirm that first team coaches, Matt Rose and Max Senft are to depart the Club, by mutual consent.
Both Rose and Senft arrived at Oakwell in November 2019, following Gerhard Struber’s appointment as Head Coach.
Dane Murphy, Reds Chief Executive Officer, said: “During their nine month tenure, both Matt and Max became important members of Gerhard’s back room team. Unfortunately, for personal reasons the two coaches will officially leave Oakwell on July 31.
“On behalf of everyone at the Club, I would like to thank them both for their vital contribution, whilst wishing them well for the future.”
The appointment of additions to the coaching staff will be announced in due course.
