Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Toby Sibbick has returned to Oakwell following his loan spell with KV Oostende, pending international clearance.
The 21-year-old defender has been with the Belgian outfit since August but is yet to make an appearance under Alexander Blessin.
Sibbick was a regular at Barnsley under Daniel Stendel and also had a temporary stint at Heart of Midlothian during the 19/20 campaign before the SPL was cut short due to coronavirus.
With the January window not officially opening until January 2, Toby will not be eligible to feature for the Reds until the FA Cup third round tie against Tranmere Rovers.
