On the 23rd anniversary of the Reds' promotion to the Premier League, we are delighted to announce further inductees into the Oakwell Hall Of Fame.
Managing the Reds during those halcyon days of the 1990's, Danny Wilson is a name synonomous with Barnsley Football Club.
Today, on a date that means so much to all connected with the Reds, he joins an illustrious group of individuals in entering the Oakwell Hall Of Fame.
With his 1996/97 promotion team already honoured, Wilson proudly becomes an 'Hall Of Famer' himself.
Joining Danny are father and son - Ernest & John Dennis.
Both men made huge personal contributions to the club they love, first as Directors and later as Chairmen, leading Barnsley FC into a brighter future with promotion campaigns that will be forever remembered and the redevelopment of Oakwell a key part of their enduring legacy as club custodians.
It was felt fitting that on today of all days, we honour these legendary figures.
