It’s the moment you look forward to all week, coming together with family and friends, meeting for a pre-match drink. Walking up to Oakwell, smelling the fried onions drifting down Grove Street, before climbing the stairwells and catching your first glimpse of the sacred turf.
Whilst we can’t replace your routines, we hope to you bring you an hour of entertainment as we attempt to replicate the ‘pre-match experience’ with familiar faces in a digital edition of our popular ‘FanZone’.
From 7pm on Monday (27 April), join our resident FanZone host, Dave Cooper, from the comfort of your home (on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter) as we hear from skipper, Alex Mowatt, former Red, Colin Walker and the Reds Report, whilst enjoying performances from The Rosadocs, Danny Smart and Graham Lindley.
With Redfearn’s Bar unable to supply their fine cask ale and craft beer, we ask that if you can, please put your beer money towards a good cause. A JustGiving page will be in operation during the broadcast, where viewers will be able to donate towards the Barnsley Hospital Charity.
