Reds in the Community will be hosting a Women & Girls World Cup festival ahead of the Lionesses’ fixture against Scotland!
The festival is scheduled for 9th June at Oakwell Stadium, where there will be activities taking place for football fans of all ages.
A women’s 5-a-side tournament will feature from 15:00-16:30, costing £25 per team including a free refreshment.
Reds in the Community staff will also be running a series of fun football drills and other games for boys and girls aged 5-14, costing just £2 per participant.
Included in the cost is the opportunity to win Barnsley FC ticket vouchers and other Reds-related prizes!
Following the afternoon’s activities, all participants will then be invited into the Ozone to watch Phil Neville’s side’s World Cup opener against Scotland which kicks off at 5pm, where further refreshments will be available to purchase.
