Together, we’ve seen it all, we’ve experienced it all. Barnsley Football Club. It’s in our blood.
Barnsley FC are delighted to reveal the new PUMA kit for the 2018/19 campaign, ahead of Saturday’s pre-season friendly with Hull City.
In yet another bespoke design, created exclusively for the Reds, the town crest is a notable feature, subtly emblazoned across the front of shirt. Also, for the first time since the 2015/16 season, the classic white-collar returns.
As a proud local, community Club, Gauthier Ganaye is delighted with the influence that the town has had on Barnsley FC’s new shirt.
He said “We promised a uniquie kit for our fans for both the home and away shirts, and I feel we have certainly got that. We’ve seen the ‘Spectemur Agendo’ in the away kit and now the badge of your town embroidened in the home shirt. The new kits offer more than just players wearing them, they are representative of our town and the people, they are unique and for the fans.”
Accompanying to the 2018/19 kit launch, the Reds are incredibly proud to collaborate with the NHS Blood and Transplant team, and assist them in their search for local heroes prior to the new season and the Reds Chief Executive is proud of the activation.
"Bob's story is inspirational. Knowing that this kit launch will help spread awareness of such an important message across South Yorkshire is something the Club is immensly proud of."
The shirt will be priced at £45 for adult, £38 for children and £33 for infant sizes.
An official announcement will be made regarding an on-sale date shortly.
