Mr Popple, of Hoyland, was amongst the first to renew his Season Ticket for the 2018/19 campaign and by doing so, was the lucky winner of an exclusive stadium tour, which included watching first team training and meeting a handful of players!
Picked completely at random from the first set of renewals, the East Stand Lower Season Ticket holder was delighted to spend his morning at Oakwell and had one thing to say to fellow supporters;
“It’s my team and my Club. I’ve been coming to Oakwell for 40 years. To me, it doesn’t matter about the division. I’ll keep coming and I’ll keep showing my support”.
