On-loan midfielder, Joe Williams reacted to last night's 1-1 draw with Queens Park Rangers.
The Reds had to settle for a point last night at Oakwell as their West London visitors snatched a late equaliser.
Williams felt deflated by the result.
"It's so frustrating," he told the press following the game. "The lads were all quiet in the changing room, they're really down after that. But we're just going to have to learn from it, because we're all young lads. We need to see a game like that out better.
"We need to be more switched on mentally, mentally stronger if you like. We should be much tougher to beat at the end of games. QPR didn't really bother us to be honest with you so it's really frustrating not to have got all three points."
