We would like to thank everyone who played a part in another fantastic open day.
Oakwell was awash with fans wearing their colours and smiling, as well as having the weather with us in what proved to be another day full of joy at Barnsley Football Club.

We saw many familiar and new faces who came to meet their footballing heroes, getting autographs and pictures.
As well as the players being an attraction, we saw local businesses, professionals and charities set-up their stalls inside and out of the East Stand which gained the recognition they deserved for their hard work.
Local artists and lifelong Reds fans Ben Mosely and Neil Richardson were showing and creating more fantastic pieces for the eyes of the public to look at.
We had our charity, Reds in the Community giving young stars of the future the opportunity to take part in 5-a-side and great fun was had by all.
We would like to say a HUGE thank you to every single member of staff working on the day, players, coaching staff, fans, local businesses and event organisers who attended and made it such a special day.
We now look forward to the season beginning and we hope to see you all at Oakwell enjoying the 2017/18 Sky Bet Championship campaign!
