The live-wire winger signed permanently with the Reds this summer, and he can't wait to get the season started.
Following his goal-scoring performance at Guiseley on Tuesday evening, Lloyd Isgrove spoke with the press at Oakwell this morning.
He discussed his move from Southampton, his hopes for the season and told of his strong bond with the Barnsley faithful.
"The fans here were really good with me last time, and they were still supportive of me and messaging me even when I'd left.
"It helps knowing I've already got the fans on my side, but it's down to me now to prove again that I'm worthy of their support.
"It's a really young squad here, that's what the Gaffer wants. We're all hungry to succeed together this season, we just can't wait to get started."
