As a supporter of Barnsley FC, you are invited to take part in the EFL summer survey. This is your opportunity to provide feedback to the club about your experiences during the 2016/17 season. As a thank you for taking part, you will have the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win a number of great prizes.
Your feedback is important to both the EFL and its clubs and all results will be shared directly with Barnsley, allowing your opinions to be considered when planning for their future.

The survey will take around 15-20 minutes, and to thank you for taking part, you’ll have the opportunity to enter a prize draw* to win one of the following great prizes:
- A Barnsley FC 2017/18 replica shirt with a personalised name and number**
