The Reds were due to play their second round tie of the Carabao Cup tonight, but being drawn against either Grimsby Town or Derby County at Oakwell has meant that the fixture has been delayed.
Grimsby will face the Rams at Blundell Park this evening to complete their first round tie, with the Reds awaiting the winner.
There has been NO official date confirmed as to when the second round tie will be played but all news can be heard first on barnsleyfc.co.uk.
