The Gaffer spoke to the assembled media at Oakwell today ahead of tomorrow night's game against Nottingham Forest.

Despite Saturday's defeat to Ipswich Town at Oakwell, Paul Heckingbottom spoke in positive terms when he addressed the media today.

The Reds were punished for their own profligacy in front of goal by a ruthless Mick McCarthy outfit who scored with both shots they'd managed to get on target all game.

Hecky is asking for a similar performance tomorrow night, but a better result.

"I'm expecting another tough game," he told us. "I'm expecting a similar performance from us but with the right result this time.

"If we play like we did on Saturday then I expect us to win the game. Saturday was the first time this season I've stood on the touchline and been happy with lots of things. So I know the progression is there.

"We'd had a really good week in training, the players took everything on board and we saw it out on the pitch, but we just didn't get the result we deserved."
