World renowned Sport Scientist Tim Gabbett, will be delivering his research lead evidence in a workshop that will be applicable and relevant to any practitioner working in or wishing to work in sport. His monitoring training load workshop will enable a practitioner or coach the knowledge to understand the value of each session and the reaction that comes from it over a period of time. Tim's work will enable practitioner’s and coach's to build a relationship and understanding of what is best for the athlete when monitoring is completed effectively.
Barnsley's Head of Sport Science Nathan Winder will be in attendance, along with Head of Physiotherapy Craig Sedgwick who both believe that this is a fantastic opportunity for everyone to gain essential knowledge.
The workshop is this Sunday and kicks off at 10am until 2pm and tickets are still available.
