Tom Bradshaw gets a well-earned Wales call-up!
Chris Coleman has brought the Reds forward into his squad for the upcoming World Cup Qualifiers against Austria and Georgia.
Bradshaw has started his Reds career in superb fashion, contributing towards the goalscoring charts as well as assisting! His first goal for the Club came in the 4-0 South Yorkshire derby win over Rotherham, quickly followed by finding the net in another 4-0 success away at Wolves!
It is not just Bradshaw’s goalscoring ability that has caught the eyes of the Wales bosses, as he has been equally effective in setting up his teammates as well, providing assists for members of the Reds squad.
Bradshaw has already made his international debut, having played for Chris Coleman’s side away in Ukraine in March 2016. Following his 20 goals in League One last season, the Reds number 20 only missed out on selection for the Wales Euro 2016 squad due to an injury picked up in the build up to the competition.
He has linked up with the Wales squad immediately and will be available for selection for the upcoming qualifiers against Austria and Georgia.
The Euro 2016 Semi-Finalists will face Austria away on Thursday 6th October, before returning to Cardiff to face Georgia on Sunday 9th October.
We wish Tom the best of luck! Keep up to date with Tom’s progress across all the Club channels, as we will bring you a full international round-up from all the Reds players involved in international duty for their countries.
