Please be aware of the following information.
We would like to advise all supporters who have purchased match tickets and/or coach tickets for Sunday’s game against Wigan Athletic of the following important information:
- If you opted for postal delivery when buying your match and/or coach tickets, then please note that all tickets have now been dispatched in the post.
- If you opted to collect your tickets from the BFC Box Office / Reds Superstore, then please note that your tickets are now available to collect.
- If you were not given an option online to collect or post your coach tickets, please note that these tickets have now been sent to you by post.
- If you had originally booked and paid for coach travel, please be aware that refunds are now also ready for collection from the BFC Box Office / Reds Superstore.
- The Box Office and Reds Superstore is open for ticket collections 9am-5pm weekdays, 9am-12pm on Saturday and we will also be open from 8am up until the coaches depart on Sunday.
- A handful of match tickets remain for the big game at Wigan on Sunday which are available on a first come, first served basis. Tickets can be booked in person at the Reds Superstore or by telephoning 01226 211 183 (telephone booking fees apply, please note that your call may be transferred to Ticketmaster).
- It is expected that we will soon sell out our total allocation of over 4,800 tickets.
- The Official Club coaches will depart Oakwell Stadium at 9:30am prompt on Sunday.
- Free Car Parking will be available to supporters in the South Stand car park, with coaches departing from East Stand Car Park. The East Stand Car Park is for coaches only and cars will not be permitted.
- Hot food and drinks (including tea, coffee and bacon rolls) will be available to purchase from Oakwell before the coaches depart on Sunday morning.
