We have received a number of enquiries today regarding TicketFast (Print-At-Home) tickets and would like to advise supporters of the following information.
Once tickets have been ordered online using the Print-At-Home delivery option, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Barnsley FC. Within 24 hours of purchase you will then receive a second e-mail from the Club with your tickets attached as a PDF document. Due to the fact that the attachments come in PDF format the second e-mail may automatically go into your Spam/Junk folder so please first check these folders if you have not received your tickets. The Barnsley FC Box Office does not have the option to re-send the attachment, however supporters who purchased tickets online can re-send it themselves via the ‘My History’ section of their online e-ticketing account.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR ACTUAL BAR-CODED TICKETS YOU MUST GO TO THE BFC BOX OFFICE SO THAT WE CAN RE-PRINT YOUR TICKETS AHEAD OF THE GAME. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED THROUGH THE TURNSTILES WITH YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION E-MAIL.
