The Reds boss has been nominated for a second successive month, after guiding the Reds to 13 points from six matches, including four clean sheets.
Wins included away trips to Walsall, Port Vale and Fleetwood as well as a home victory over Coventry City.
Also up for the award are Keith Hill (Rochdale), Kevin Keen (Colchester Utd) and Jon Whitney (Walsall).
The winner will be announced on Friday 8th April.
