On This Day: Davies Delight as Reds Hit Blues For Five

On this day three years ago, Barnsley hit Birmingham City for five without reply live on Sky Sports.

On Saturday 22nd September, 2012, Stephen Foster opened the scoring - and the floodgates - as the Reds ran riot at St Andrew's.

Stephen Foster is congratulated by Jacob Mellis after opening the scoring.

Striker Craig Davies then went on to hit four goals himself and complete a memorable rout.

The Reds' team that day was: Alnwick, Golbourne, Foster, Wiseman, Cranie, Kennedy, Dawson, Mellis, Davies (Harewood 85), Dagnall (Rose 87).
