Barnsley Football Club can confirm Manchester United have recalled midfielder Joe Rothwell from his loan spell at Oakwell.
The 20-year-old has been suffering from tonsillitis and has, subsequently, returned to his parent Club.
Barnsley Football Club would like to thank Joe for his services and wish him a speedy recovery.
