Get your details up to date and ensure you don't miss out!
Over the coming months we'll be sending our supporters various communications regarding 2015/16 Season Passes, on-sale dates, and other supporter initiatives.
To ensure that we can get the relevant information out to you, we're asking supporters to ensure that your details are up to date on our system. If you think you might need to update any of your supporter details (including address, e-mail, telephone numbers), then there are a number of easy ways to do this:
- If you are a Season Pass Holder and don't have an online ticketing account, create your account by clicking here. Simply enter your client reference number (which can be found on your Season Pass) and then complete the relevant fields to create an account with your up to date contact information.
- If you've already got an online ticketing account, access your account by clicking here. You can then update your contact information by clicking on the 'My Account' tab.
- Telephone our Box Office team on 0871 22 66 777 who will be able to access your account and update any missing or out of date information.
- Visit us in the Box Office where our team will be able to update your account details.
