We are currently recruiting for Hosts & Hostesses to work on match days in our exclusive corporate areas.
We are looking for professional and smartly presented individuals to meet and greet our match day customers and VIP guests.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the stadium's high levels of customer care are maintained.
Requirements:
- You will need to have excellent communication skills to be able to interact with customers on a professional level.
- You must have previous experience in a customer service role and possess a cheerful and friendly disposition.
- Identify and meet the needs of our customers, focusing on initiating and welcoming contact and communication whilst striving to deliver high levels of customer service.
