All supporters wishing to claim a refund for Crawley Town tickets must present their ticket stub(s) to the Oakwell Box Office. A full refund will be issued via the same method of payment as the original purchase. We will also the need the name and address details given at the time of booking (for advanced ticket purchases). Supporters who bought tickets on the turnstiles at Crawley Town are also eligible for a refund by presenting their ticket stub to the Box Office.
