Role: Fundraising Officer
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 (pro-rata dependent on experience)
Hours: 22.5 (3 days a week)

The Trust is a registered charity that uses the power of football and Barnsley Football Club to engage and improve the lives of local people. The Trust aims to tackle the boroughs greater goals by inspiring local people through a range of diverse programmes.

The Trust is seeking to employ an experienced, proactive and outcomes focused Fundraising Officer to join our team to develop and grow the charity. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying, planning and coordinating a range of sustainable fundraising activities across Barnsley and surrounding areas.

You will be educated to degree - level or equivalent and have a proven track record of 3 or more year’s successful fundraising experience. Most importantly you will have excellent organisation and communication skills together with an understanding of sales and marketing. You will need commitment, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills with both new and existing supporters.
