To ensure that we can keep you fully up to date with relevant Club news and important information, we're keen to ensure that your details are up to date on our system. Updating any of your supporter details (including e-mail address, postal address and telephone numbers), can be done online in three easy steps.
All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning the £50 voucher is update your details by 23:59 on Thursday 31st December 2015. All fans with a valid email address on the Barnsley FC database by this deadline will be automatically entered in the draw to win!
So make sure you’re in the competition to win a £50 Reds Superstore voucher and update your supporter information. To update your contact details please follow the three simple steps shown below:
STEP 1: LOG IN
Visit www.barnsleyfc.co.uk/tickets and sign in to your Barnsley FC supporter account by doing one of the following:
• If you've already got an online ticketing account, access your account by clicking on ‘SIGN IN’ which is located in the top right of the screen. Enter your e-mail address and password to access your account. If you have lost or forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘forgot your login details?’ option to reset your password.
• If you are a 2015/16 Season Pass Holder and don't already have an online ticketing account, you can create one by clicking on the ‘Have an existing account? Activate it now’ option. Simply enter your client reference number (which can be found on your Season Pass) and then complete the relevant fields to create an account with your up-to-date contact information.
• If you are not a Season Pass Holder and don't already have an online ticketing account, then simply click on ‘REGISTER’ which is located in the top right of the screen. Complete the relevant fields to create an account with your up to date contact information.
• Alternatively if you are having any issues accessing your online account, please telephone our Box Office team on 01226 211 183 who will be able to update any missing or out of date information.
STEP 2: ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION
Once you have logged into your account your name will appear in the top right corner of the screen along with your Client Reference Number. Please click on your name which will then take you to the ‘My Account’ screen. Once you arrive on this screen please click on the ‘UPDATE DETAILS’ option which can be found in the bottom right of the screen. Your personal contact details will then be displayed.
STEP 3: UPDATING YOUR DETAILS
Please review your details and ensure that they are up to date, especially your email address, postal address, telephone numbers and contact method preferences. Once you have finished updating your details, please enter your password in the boxes provided and click on ‘SAVE DETAILS’. Then you're all done!
