End of Season Awards for O'Grady, Cranie, Jennings & McCourt

Top-Award for O'Grady

Top goal-scorer Chris O'Grady has been crowned Player of the Year by Reds supporters for the 2013/14 campaign.

Thousands of fans have voted over the past few weeks which sees O'Grady scoop the award in his début full season at Oakwell.

Martin Cranie and Luke Steele came second and third, respectively, but O'Grady came out on top after his 13 goals (to date) for the Reds.

Last year's Player of the Year Martin Cranie wins another trophy, after been voted for the Players' Player of the Year by his team-mates.

Meanwhile, the Young Player of the Year award goes to Dale Jennings. The 21-year-old made 23 starts (to date) and scored three cracking goals against Nottingham Forest, Reading and Yeovil.

Paddy McCourt has scooped Goal of the Season for his sensational solo strike against Middlesbrough in October.

As far as the future is concerned, George Smith has won the Academy Player of the Year after the second-year scholar featured almost 60 times for the Under 18s and Under 21s. Smith is a left-back and has been offered professional terms at Oakwell.

Louis Wardle has won the Most Promising Youngster award.
