The 20 year old received his first Wales U21 call-up last season against England and featured in several games for Stockport County on loan.
"I'm delighted to be here for another year and it gives me a chance to push on," said Christian Dibble.
"The first year has been good, playing for the Under 21s and getting a few games for Stockport which gave me some more experience.
"The Club have signed Adam Davies so I will be looking to push him and Luke when we get back into preseason training.
"Being involved in the matchday squad last season in the Championship was great for me.
"I'm looking forward to getting back into training for the new season. It is an exciting time now for the younger players to get more involved."
