Reds Manager Danny Wilson talked to Barnsley Player following his side's 1-0 defeat at home to Leeds United.
"Today when tchances did develop, the final ball was very poor," said Wilson. "We didn't get that clinical pass, cross or shot off when we needed to.
"There was no real firepower in our play today.
"From my point of view we've got to do better in things that we know we're good at. We didn't get that momentum going or get hold of the ball and control the game as well as we can.
"When great situations were developing, they seemed to fizzle out.
"Away from home we seem to have more freedom and it's nothing to do with our fans because they're very, very supportive.
"We've got two away games now and let's hope we can get the points there.
"We've got to make sure we've got the right team with the right balance to take on Derby.
"Kelvin's done great to start the game. He's had injections to his ankle injury so it was wearing off slightly."
