Reds striker Marcus Pedersen notched his second goal of the season today as Barnsley drew 1-1 with Sheffield Wednesday at Oakwell.
The Norwegian international spoke to the press following today’s clash.
“It was nice to score a goal in a derby,” said Pedersen.
“It’s always fun to play in a derby. Of course you want to get three points, you can see today it’s a classic derby with plenty of duels.
“Hopefully we can get some confidence from this game.
“We should win at home but still, it was a fair result, I think.
“We can go to Ipswich with a bit more confidence.
“I feel I’m getting 100 per cent back, but I need to improve my fitness.
"We are getting better and better."
