Reds midfielder Paddy McCourt speaks to Saturday's edition of U Reds - the official matchday magazine of Barnsley F.C. - as the former Celtic man aims to help the Reds get points on the board.

"I’m delighted to be back playing regularly," he said. The next thing now is to try and help the team climb up the table.

"The Championship’s strong, there’s no doubt about it. I knew that before I came down here anyway because I watch a lot of football. You only have to look at the teams who are here, some strong teams with massive resources.

"I’m just taking one game at a time. My first goal is to help Barnsley get on a run and start climbing that table."
