Reds Manager David Flitcroft caught up with Barnsley Player following today's 3-2 victory over Middlesbrough at Oakwell.
"It's big," said Flitcroft of the win. "We've talked about the performances lately but I know that you're judged on results.
"We kept them quiet and kept them at bay. To have a no-fear approach and play with the detail that we planned is pleasing.
"Chris O'Grady and Marcus Pedersen were unplayable today.
"Peds (Marcus Pedersen) is getting better, I think he'll grow into the season. Chris O'Grady's performances are coming off the back of joining us in January.
"As a football coach, you're always building a jigsaw.
"We've done a lot of things wrong and made a lot of mistakes early on in the season but we're making that right with hard work.
"We've got players now in a rhythm of work that's getting better. I thought David Fox was excellent too today, he bossed the game."
Paddy McCourt opened the scoring but soon after was withdrawn after complaining of feeling unwell.
"He started sloppy," Flitcroft added of McCourt. "He didn't seem right - certainly for the first 20 minutes. He was sick on the pitch so we had to get him off.
"There's nothing really like him in the Championship. He's got a sway of the body that's so unpredictable.
"We'll know more in 24 hours."
