"We showed resilience, character and resolve," said Flitcroft.
"It was evident against Burnley and in the second half against Bolton. I wanted it for 95 minutes today.
"Every single player was incredible.
"Pride is what I’m feeling at the moment and a sense of the fight I’ve seen today from this group.
"The pressure on Daggers’ penalty was immense, I could feel that.
"I find it difficult to single anyone out because I look at the Chris O’Grady shift he put in. Martin Cranie and Scott Wiseman who have come up against a Brighton team with class.
"We’ve come a long way and I hope people do understand and realise that.
"We’ve got to win games, we know that."
Regarding potential recruits in the coming few days, Flitcroft added, "I’ll meet a couple of players over the next few games to see what we can do."
