Reds Manager David Flitcroft caught up with the press following today’s incredible victory over Watford.
“It's an honour to be a part of this group,” said Flitcroft.
“We’ve always had brilliant players, they just needed galvanising.
“Keeping a clean sheet against Watford, I’m not too sure how many times they’ve not scored.
“The timing of the goal was special because it gave us a foothold in the game.
“We got it right today, we’ve worked hard on that this week.
“They’ve (Watford) got pace, qualities and vigour. We’ve had nullify a lot of qualities.
“In a Dave Flitcroft team it’s (hard work) a given.
“There’s times when you’ve got to break the game up and be ugly.
“Our lads have shown great quality. Chris O’Grady’s effort, his hold-up play, his link-up play is something I’ll remember for a long, long time.
“It’s a team performance and what I’ll keep promoting it.
“It was a brilliant goal. I think it was a surprise for them to see him up there but he’s got a great spring on him.
“Bobby went into the middle and produced a masterclass.”
