Manager's thoughts on Ipswich draw

Reds Manager David Flitcroft gave his thoughts to the press following today’s 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town at Portman Road.
“It was a great performance from every single player," said the Barnsley boss.
"To have their leader, their inspiration carried off so early – I thought we showed great resourcefulness. We’ll assess it Monday. He’ll take medical advice and we’ll get it scanned. We’re hoping and praying it’s just slight ligament damage. The turf has been chewed up and it’s turned his ankle. When you see Stephen Dawson rolling around on the floor with his hand in the air, you know it’s something serious.
"We’ve created chances. Second half there was a bit more resolve, it was more of a dogfight.
"Recruitment is about finding, searching and attention to detail. We won’t be making permanent signings, still after the window closes we have the loan window so there’s plenty of time.
"We’ve got to win games and the players want to win games, for that you’ve got to score goals.
"I just want to reassure the fans because it’s a difficult time to recruit, certainly a striker that’s currently scoring goals.
"We’re going to need all this squad involved for the duration of the season."
