Midfielder Joins Reds
Manchester United Football Club and Barnsley Football Club have agreed a 28-day emergency loan deal for midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe to join the Reds.
The 20-year-old spent an impressive loan spell at Peterborough United last season in the Championship, and featured in the 4-3 Barnsley victory at London Road.
Reds Manager David Flitcroft revealed yesterday he has tracked the midfielder for the past 'three years'.
A product of Manchester United’s youth system, Tunnicliffe has made two senior appearances for United – both in the Capital One Cup earlier in the season.
Ryan will be available to feature tomorrow at Ashton Gate as the Reds face Bristol City, and will wear the number 28 shirt.
