Reds Manager David Flitcroft caught up with the press following today's defeat to Bristol City. “For 20 minutes we looked uncomfortable. Jon Stead dominated us and we just couldn’t handle set-pieces.
"We didn’t get near them and we didn’t compete.
“It’s thrown me and surprised me, back to the training ground now.
“Today was just a capitulation from set-pieces.
“If the referee missed the foul, he missed it. That’s football, you’ve got to expect that."
“The way the run has ended and the way we were dominated led me to some concerns but it’s a case of trust now. We’ll dust ourselves off and it’s time for some reflection. We’ll put it right for an important game against Bolton.”
