CK Beckett, sponsors of the South Stand in 2008 extended by signing a six-figure, three-year deal to become the Official Principal Sponsors of Barnsley Football Club.
CK Beckett, formed in 1984 is a leading company for the recycling of large-scale industrial transformers and electrical switchgear in the UK. They have a dominant position within this marketplace and are a recognised leader in their field of expertise.
The company's first major involvement with Barnsley Football Club was in 2008 when they sponsored the shorts for the FA Cup semi-final match against Cardiff City at Wembley. Since then their support towards the club has gone from strength to strength and they became South Stand sponsors in the summer of 2008.
In addition to the South Stand sponsorship, which clearly delivers their company message of 'Supporting Sport in the Community', CK Beckett are regular Match Sponsors in the Legends Suite at Oakwell where they entertain business colleagues.
