Season ticket cards are issued subject to the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association and The Football League and are valid for all Barnsley Football Clubʼs first team league matches played at Oakwell Stadium during the football season and do not include Play-Off matches. For first team league matches the ticket is only valid for the area of the stadium identified on the reverse of the season card. The ticket is not valid for any first team cup ties of any description or any other matches including end of season play off matches or events which may be staged at Oakwell Stadium during the season
For first team league matches the season card must be handed to the turnstile operator. Please note, Half Season cards are only valid from 26th December.
The season card is NOT transferable. The season card is likely to be confiscated and cancelled without compensation, if used by anyone other than the person in whose name it is registered. No money will be refunded in respect of unattended games.
In the event of a season card being lost, stolen or forgotten, supporters should report to the Oakwell Box Office. DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET FROM THE TURNSTILES. A £5 administration fee will be charged in respect of cancelling and re-issuing a replacement card or ticket.
The Club cannot guarantee that a season ticket holder will be able to reserve a place for matches other than first team league games. However, we shall endeavour to give priority for other matches whenever it is possible to do so, please see any special advertising that may be displayed for such matches.
Season ticket holders are advised to take up their positions at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of each home first team match.
Ticket holders are required to observe the Ground Regulations currently in force. Copies of which are displayed outside the stadium and at the Oakwell Box Office.
All small children must have a valid ticket when entering the stadium. They will not be allowed to be carried through, or lifted over the turnstiles.
All ticket holders must not take part in racist or obscene chanting, or any other offensive behaviour, such as throwing missiles or entering the playing area.
No person may bring into the stadium or use within the stadium any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means).
Mobile telephones are permitted within the stadium provided that they are used for personal and private calls only and their use does not cause nuisance or annoyance to others.
The Club reserves the right to cancel the season card in the event of any behaviour or actions by the holder to which the Club takes exception. In the event of such cancellation no part of the purchase price will be refunded.
The Club cannot guarantee to honour this ticket on occasions when the particular section of the stadium for which it is usually valid is reserved for supporters of the away club. On such occasion the Club will endeavour to accommodate any season ticket holder affected in an alternative part of the stadium.
It is the season ticket holder’s responsibility to notify the Club of any change of address or other contact information.
The season card remains the property of Barnsley Football Club 2002 Ltd at all times.
The Club reserves the right to provide an alternative seat for any season ticket holder whose particular seat is not available, for whatever reason, on the day of any home match. Whenever possible every effort will be made for the alternative seat to be in the same section of the stadium although this cannot be guaranteed.
The Club excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons’ property in or around the ground.
The season ticket card is issued on the condition that you will obey these rules and regulations. All season ticket holders must only occupy the seat to which their ticket is allocated unless instructed otherwise by Club personnel.
