Here at Oakwell, our bespoke facilities offer fantastic view across the pitch from each of our suites with free parking for you and your guests.
With a maximum capacity of 220 Theatre style or 170 Cabaret style over 5 conference rooms and 16 executive boxes, we are sure to have a space to suit the needs of your event.

Each suite is available to hire on either a half-day or full-day basis with all catering requirements charged in addition to the room hire rate.
Alternatively, you may prefer one of our day delegate rate packages, starting from just £23.50 per person inclusive of room hire, refreshments, lunch and free conference stationary.


Our catering is provided by an independent fresh food caterer and our ingredients are locally sourced. Menus can be tailored to meet your budget and taste.
Our in-house and experienced team of Event Coordinators, Operations team and Chefs are on hand every step of the way to ensure your event runs as smoothly and as successfully as possible.
