REDS manager Simon Davey gave his thoughts ahead of the clash with Hull City at Oakwell.

Simon said: "Everybody is fine after the weekend and we will have Martin Devaney and Daniel Nardiello back in the squad. Brian Howard will miss the game, not through injury, but because of illness. Other than that we are ok.

"Brian had his stitches out at the weekend but has reported in today suffering from sickness so he will not be fit for Hull.

"Hull have done well this season and we know that it will be a very difficult game which is live on Sky. We were disappointed to lose at their place earlier in the year and we want to put that right.

"We have games now against teams who all have something to play for. They are either fighting for the play offs, for the top or battling to avoid relegation. We have won our last two matches and now want to go on and win the last four.

"Morale is fine at the moment but to be fair it has been like that all season. The cup run was fantastic for everybody but our last two games were more important. The lads have come up trumps in the last week and we want that to continue.

"We were always confident of staying in this division but we will not do that until we get enough points. Nobody is too good to go down and we will be relegated unless we pick up more points from our last four games. We have played some fantastic football at time this season but 52 points will not be enough for us. We want more and we need more.

"There will be someone relegated with 53 or 54 points this season. We have not passed that mark yet but we want to finish with 64. That is what we are aiming for.

"We lost here last time out against Sheffield United and we want to make amends for that.

"We have had four matches in nine or ten days and that will take it out of the players. We might have to freshen things up against Hull City.

"We have more points than we picked up last season but we will not be satisfied until we are safe. We wanted to improve the squad this year and we have more points and have gone further in the FA Cup and Carling Cup. We have better players and a better team but we still need more points to stay up.

"We have managed to tie down a lot of our players on long contracts so there are not that many up in the summer. I think we just have one of the younger lads who is out of contract. We have deals in place for Lewin Nyatanga and Luke Steele and we are always looking how we can improve the squad".
